Beauty lives
in contrast.

Each design begins by hand, then is cast, set and finished individually in Sydney. Subtle variations are part of the process.

Ibby Hamza freediving underwater
Below the surface

Sydney, Australia
Made by hand

IBBY HAMZA is a Sydney-based jeweller making sculptural silver objects shaped by contrast, memory and meaning.

His love of freediving informs the work: the shift between pressure and stillness, darkness and light, control and surrender. Each design begins as an original made by hand, then is cast from a mould and individually finished and stone-set in Sydney. Clean planes meet fractured surfaces, polish meets raw texture, and deliberate structure meets irregular detail.
